Transparent, solidarisch und fair
Das Tagungshaus wird von unserem gemeinnützigen Verein selbstverwaltet betrieben. Damit möglichst viele Gruppen Zugang zu unserem Ort haben, gestalten wir unsere Preise so solidarisch und einfach wie möglich. Die Einnahmen fließen direkt in den Erhalt, die Sanierung und die Weiterentwicklung des Hauses.
Da die Kosten für den Unterhalt des Tagungshauses, insbesondere Strom, Wasser, Wärme und auch die Sanierungskosten gestiegen sind, haben auch wir uns im Mai 2026 entschieden, die Preise als Inflationsausgleich anzuheben.
Dafür können Kinder bis 5 Jahren jetzt kostenfrei bei uns übernachten (früher bis 2 Jahre).
Nach wie vor ist es uns ein Anliegen, das Tagungshaus auch Gästen mit niedrigerem Einkommen zugänglich zu machen. Solltet ihr Schwierigkeiten haben, den Übernachtungspreis zu zahlen, schreibt uns gern an.
Wenn ihr wiederum mehr als den regulären Grundpreis zahlen könnt, unterstützt ihr damit unser Projekt sehr. Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist der Pauschalpreis fürs Haus – siehe unten.
Neue Übernachtungspreise bei Buchung ab Juni 2026
Grundpreis pro Person/Nacht: 17 € (Sommer) und 18 € (Winter)
Der Grundpreis gilt für Übernachtung mit Selbstverpflegung im Haus. Kinder unter 5 Jahren übernachten bei uns kostenfrei.
Zeltplatz pro Person/Nacht: 12 €
Nur im Sommer, nach Absprache. Nutzung der Seminar- und Aufenthaltsräume, Küche, Toiletten und Bäder im Haus.
Tagesgäste pro Person/Tag: 7 € (Sommer) und 8 € (Winter)
Pauschalpreis für das ganze Haus: 600 €/Nacht
Es kann sein, dass ihr das große Haus mit anderen Gruppen teilt. Ihr habt die Möglichkeit, als Gruppe mit weniger als 35 Personen das gesamte Tagungshaus für den Pauschalpreis alleine zu buchen.
Optionen & Hinweise
- Bettlaken & Kopfkissen sind vorhanden. Bitte bringt einen Schlafsack oder eine eigene Decke mit.
- Im Winter stellen wir zusätzlich Wolldecken bereit.
- Alternativ: Wenn ihr keinen Schlafsack habt, könnt ihr gegen eine einmalige Gebühr von 3 € eine Bettdecke mit Bezug leihen.
- Heizpauschale (Oktober–April): 2 € pro Person/Nacht.
- Kanu/Kajak und Fahrradverleih gegen Spende.
- Selbstverpflegung: Ihr kümmert euch selbst ums Einkaufen und Kochen.
- Endreinigung: Ihr putzt das Haus vor eurer Abreise und hinterlasst es in sauberem Zustand.
Buchung & Ablauf

→ Bitte nennt Termin, Gruppengröße, Art der Gruppe & besondere Wünsche. - Rückmeldung & Terminbestätigung
→ Innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Tagen melden wir uns per Mail bei euch, teilen euch mit, ob der Zeitraum noch frei ist, beantworten eure Fragen und senden euch Infoblatt und Buchungsformular zu. - Vertrag & Anzahlung
→ Mit den Infos aus dem Buchungsformular erstellen wir einen Buchungsvertrag, den ihr unterschreibt. Mit Überweisung der Anzahlung ist dann für beide Seite alles verbindlich. - Besichtigung
→ Ihr könnt uns gern auch vor der Buchung besuchen kommen. Wir geben euch dann eine kleine Führung und können alle Fragen vor Ort beantworten.

Transparent, Solidary & Fair
The seminar house is run on a self-managed basis by our nonprofit association. To ensure that as many groups as possible have access to our facility, we keep our pricing as fair and straightforward as possible. All proceeds go directly toward the maintenance, renovation, and further development of the house.
Since the costs of maintaining the seminar house, particularly for electricity, water, and heating, as well as renovation costs, have risen, we decided in May 2026 to raise our prices to offset inflation.
In exchange, children up to age 5 can now stay with us for free (previously up to age 2).
We remain committed to making the conference center accessible to guests with lower incomes. If you have difficulty paying the accommodation fee, please feel free to contact us.
If, on the other hand, you are able to pay more than the regular base rate, your contribution will greatly support our project. Another option is the flat rate for the entire house – see below.
New accommodation rates for bookings made on or after June 2026
Base rate per person/night: €17 (summer) and €18 (winter)
The base rate applies to self-catering stays at the facility. Children under 5 stay with us free of charge.
Camping site per person/night: €12
Summer only, by arrangement. Use of the seminar and common rooms, kitchen, restrooms, and showers in the house.
Day visitors per person/day: €7 (summer) and €8 (winter)
Flat rate for the entire house: €600/night
You may share the large house with other groups. Groups of fewer than 35 people have the option to book the entire seminar house exclusively for the flat rate.
Options & Notes
- Sheets and pillows are provided. Please bring a sleeping bag or your own blanket.
- In winter, we also provide wool blankets.
- Alternatively: If you don’t have a sleeping bag, you can rent a duvet with a cover for a one-time fee of €3.
- Heating fee (October–April): €2 per person/night.
- Canoe/kayak and bicycle rental available for a donation.
- Self-catering: You are responsible for your own shopping and cooking.
- Final cleaning: You clean the house before your departure and leave it in a clean condition.
Booking & Process

→ Please include your preferred dates, group size, type of group, and any special needs. - Response & Confirmation
→ We will contact you via email within 2 to 3 days to let you know if the dates are still available, answer your questions, and send you an information sheet and booking form.. - Contract & Deposit → Using the information from the booking form, we will draft a booking contract for you to sign. Once the deposit is transferred, the agreement becomes binding for both parties.
- Tour → You are welcome to visit us before making a booking. We will give you a short tour and answer any questions you may have on-site.
